When you finished your cooking it's a good idea to warm up some fruit soup which can be a success when you take a short break. We also take a chocolate cake along with the soup to get that extra energy.

When you are walking and don't want to stop just get some energy drink or perhaps a dextrosol (glucose).

Some rest in the sun isn't wrong after the chocolate break.
